The food is nice here, but staff aren't wearing masks when they serve and make food and they have signage up for two people at a time and for masks to be worn but they are not enforcing it. I've passed by and have seen 4 people inside ordering/waiting for food, some also not wearing a mask it makes you a little uncomfortable when your packed like sardines trying order. So i would recommended ordeing online or placing your order on the phone and collecting instead. Other than that they do really tasty food and shakes.

We have been there twice lately, bought burger menu both times. It’s very delicious, and prices are reasonable as well (1 burger menu was 4,5). Portions are large, and they have lots of french fries. The guy had made extra attention when preparing our burgers, which is great. Service was good. Also we were offered ice-cream after eating our chips, both times. I haven’t tried kababs or pizzas here but we can definitely recommend this place. Shame we’re in Harlesden only temporarily. Overall, perfect place for burgers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I called to make an order for delivery and waited around 50 minutes, as it's a saturday so thought it may busier. A further 10 minutes later, I got a call to say my food was ready to be collected. I told the guy on the phone that I had ordered for delivery and he proceeded to tell me I had not (after confirming the address several times). He said that I should have called after 30/40 minutes but as a regular customer (ordering at least once a week in order to get a break from cooking in lockdown), I was being curteous. If I had ordered for collection, why would I wait 50 minutes to go and collect my food. After going back and forth, he said that he could deliver my food, which had been sitting there for however long, without offering to make it fresh or some form of discount for the inconveinence. The guy still tried to argue with me that I had ordered for collection and was unwilling to do anything about the situation when it had been made clear the order was for delivery. I won't be a returning customer because this is unacceptable customer service.
