Doctor Rami Wakim is so gentle and nice person always having a smile in his face and of course he does a good job and so professional. He’s carrying and his utmost concern is your confort . He took such wonderful care of me. Explaining things carefully to make certain I understood. He couldn’t been nice or more professional. He’s smart and kind . Great combination. Best doctor I ever had. I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. He is so concerned and positive. He take good care and always there to help you . I was treated by him efficiently after having 05 miscarriages he always give me hope and He encouraged me never to lose hope ( I am pregnant now) .he’s an excellent doctor and his diagnostic are absolutely accurate and honest to share reality with realistic solutions. I have been to Medicare for all members of my family for 4 years now. We came across specialists in different fields and they were all highly competent and efficient. All children and adults problems were treated in a respectful and efficient manner. Prices are higher than what you would pay in France but on average half the price of similarly qualified London based english specialists. I can confirm they hire only high standard, trustworthy practitioners and I recommend them.

Very disappointed of my last visit. Would definitely agree on the previous comment. Unfriendly, almost condescending, while my 4yo had very high temperature and coughed a lot. Useless appointment in the end. She's still ill but I am going to go elsewhere for a new appointment.

Absolutely deplorable service from the in-house psychiatrist. Besides Medicare français being completely overpriced (in general but also in comparison to other London based French private psychiatrists), the psychiatrist at Medicare is a very condescending and judgemental incompetent woman who should receive additional education before prescribing without following French/UK pharmacological guidelines or even bothering to do the necessary blood tests. Don't expect any adequate help in terms of psychotherapy as she will only recommend to you people she is in good terms with (whether good or not, in your price range or not, near where you live or not, specialising in what you need or not) and won't even bother checking on the progress you make to assess whether or not some adjustments are necessary. Overall, you'd be better off going to someone else even if that means you need to pay more because you won't get anywhere with Dr Casteret. Some other professionals at Medicare are worthwhile despite the high price tag but definitely go see someone else if you need a psychiatrist.
