One of the best chocatier in London. Their chocolate is handmade and freshly made. This branch offers chocolate workshop in normal time (off pandemic). I highly recommend the crunchy squre whether it's dark or milk -my most favourite. Staffs are also very friendly too.

I was sent some brownies from melt recently, I was excited as I heard it was supposed to be a prestigious Chocolate shop. The brownies are extraordinarily underwhelming, bland and not a very good texture (these were ordered for me middle December, arrived a few days ago). If they want some good pointers on how to make good brownies I suggest they look at The Beeston Brownie company who do excellent delivered brownies. Yeah so don't buy the brownies!

We went for the chocolate making experience and were incredibly impressed. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming, with an impressive knowledge. The chocolate tasting was awesome, huge rangr of tastes and a really cool story along with it. And finally, making your own chocolate was great fun and engaging. The staffmade sure nobody got left out. Really recommend.

I went in today because I needed 100 boxes of chocolate to gift out at work and I'd heard this place is great. Unfortunately I didn't get far enough to actually purchase any. I asked the lady behind the counter what flavours were in the mixed box. She said a mixture. I said could you tell me which ones please. She said a mixture of all the chocolates we do. I asked one more time, specifically what flavours and the look on her face prompted me to say 'don't worry and thank you' and I left. I'm confused, is it really annoying that I asked what flavours I'm buying? A lot of people don't take alcohol or don't like nuts, why would I pay 1800 for chocolates that we have no idea of what's inside. Insanly bad customer service.
