We used Mercedes Chauffeur Hire in October 2016 for my sister's wedding. We hired two cars to take our parents, my sister and myself to the wedding venue. The cars arrived at our home with ample time to spare. The cars were in excellent condition and very comfortable, tastefully decorated at the front with a white ribbon. The chauffeurs themselves were very professional and helpful. We got to the venue with time to spare, but the chauffeurs did not rush us. My sister had the perfect wedding day, and Mercedes Chauffeur Hire played an important part in making sure the day ran smoothly, so thank you!
Booked a chauffeur for my son's 4th birthday to Shard and back. The service from booking to being driven was exceptional! Jo had been great in making sure everything went smoothly and as I planned. Aftab the chauffeur was very professional, on point and just made us feel so relaxed and eased. I have used the services of Mercedes Chauffeur Hire for over ten years now for airport trips and have no hesitation to recommend the service. I wanted a service that is more professional and reliable than local taxis, and I am happy to pay extra knowing that my car will turn up on time and that I will be driven to the airport in comfort and most importantly stress-free! All of their chauffeurs are courteous, highly professional and safe drivers, and very good with children. Cars are always immaculate and stocked with water and plenty of different sweets, something that our kids always look forward to! All in all, a fantastic company to deal with, highly recommended!
WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I booked a Range Rover Vogue through this company to chauffeur my family around London for the day and evening to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. From the outset they were highly efficent, very reasonably priced and answered any questions I had. On the day, Goran our driver, was ready and waiting for me all as arranged and he made sure the whole day was seamless. He was always ready and waiting, so we felt like VIP's being whisked to the next event we had organised. The car was spotless and a very new model so was perfect in all respects. He stayed with us until after 1 am to make sure we got back safely to our hotel. I could not fault any aspect of the service we received and would have no qualms in recommending Goran and this company to anyone. I shall certainly be using them for the next family trip to London.
