Used this company for a sample order of 6 items, they turned up to a very poor and embarrassing quality, wonky logo, printed over loose fabric, I complained and almost had to argue and prove to them that there quality was poor, with there reply being well you asked for that. You signed off on that. I had to send them back as all 6 items were so poor which cost me 13, I asked will I be compensated for the hassle and cost of returning your poor quality to which I was told us redoing our faults is your compensation. So the new batch of redone items turns up, they’ve redone 3 of them and put the same 3 back in the box!! As if they could try get away with it again!! Terrible company, terrible attitude and very very poor quality, if they can’t even get 6 sample items right two times of asking and me paying 188 and the 13 to send them back what would they be like handling a much larger order, I’d give these less than 1 star if I could, will never ever use or recommend merch masters again!
