I sent an image for printing that was really special to me although in terms of quality, was just a snapshot taken on my rather old ‘phone. After some adjustments, my image arrived the next day, beautifully packaged and I was thrilled with it . The company were friendly and responsive and I’m sure they usually deal with much bigger and better orders than mine, so I would recommend them to anyone needing a great printing service .

Processing was done correctly and in a timely manner. Stored nicely. Delivered on-time. Images were not correctly dried, leaving marks across the negatives. See image attached, a scan I did at home after Metro's processing. Fixable, but not ideal. Prices are not competitive.
Almost a month and no product. Poor customer service, was told they'd get back to me on 2 separate occasions regarding the location of the package and never was. Would not recommend using this service, can't comment on the product itself.
Coordinated for the printing and framing of an important artwork. Service was excellent; process was seamless; work needed to be boxed and delivered across the country and everything was done in excellent fashion. Rarefied experience all round.
I brought some wedding photos to Metro Imaging to be cropped and printed and couldn't be happier with the result. Manish was incredibly friendly, helpful and talented, providing small retouches where he could see the images would benefit from them. One small note of feedback is the friendliness of the front desk staff. There seemed to be a bit of an attitude, a smile goes a long way in customer service.
