My mother has lived at Willesden Court for four years. I chose it for her as it had the most friendly, homelike ambiance about it. In four years this hasn’t changed. They are now extended family for my Mum. I know that she is being cared for, that she is content, and that she is safe, especially in these COVID times. They’ve worked hard and sacrificed time with their own families to ensure my Mum and her fellow residents are as safe as possible, and for that I thank them wholeheartedly.

I was visiting a friend there , was shocked to hear some things. The staff come with the menu only if the resident has visitors; shower once a week , some cares are not caring at all, the “semi mobile “ resident was not taken outside of his ROOM in 2 weeks ( not in the garden, not in the longe ); the cares we’re walking down the corridor with soiled bedsheets and gloves on- which is a major infection control issue ; and a few more things that don’t come to mind. Very very disappointed in this place ! Happy to know my friend will leave the place soon! Would give ZERO STARS if I could

My Mother resides here and had she not had an infection and we'd insisted she be treated at hospital and not by the totally incompetent staff and doctors there, she would have died of hypoglycemic shock and or gone into a non-reversible coma as she was a diabetic. They had not been checking her sugar levels. She was an hour short if death. I think u call it huberis. In short it looks nice, is clean, but if you care about your loved one, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE.
