Typical London branch commuter Station. Unique next to the M1!

Its my first time to use this station, already booked online in advance and reached station an hour before around 2:15 am in a chilli weather and there is no seating facility in station, station staff Mr. Aron at the ticket counter was very humble and helpful he suggested me to wait in the entrance area for the time being until the train arrive also he Turn on the heater out side the ticketing / reception area. He also suggest me regarding future ticketing which is very helpful and a cheaper way to travel. Any way I am very much satisfied and happy for my starting journey with a Humble Staff. Many thanks to Mr Aron.

Very quiet station, very clean, great stuff but alot of train cancellation and sometimes train's are on time

I use this station as an alternative journey mainly from work. Its very useful to me to avoid the tube so I'm happy its there. Could be better amenities but the lack of them doesn't bother me.

No lifts. Even going down to get bus. Needs overhall.
