Don't buy any counter products from this pharmacy everything they sell is way over priced, same for all the post office product they sell if you go to the off-licence next door they sells the exact same things for half price. Also they don't offer refunds or exchange worse service ever stay away from this place.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced! The staff at this pharmacy seem to have never been taught basic communication skills or manners from their parents. I wouldn't return even if they offered me free prescription refills for life!

Rude African man who has no respect and hanged up the phone. Your staff need to learn how to talk with respect. I’m gonna make a full complaint, honestly fix up!

Terrible customer service. Honestly the worse pharmacy I have been to. In one occasion they lost my son’s medicine and I had to ask the Gp for a new prescription, in another two occasions the staff made me wait for one hour and then said that they didn’t have the medicine I needed and it had to be ordered for the next day. I asked the staff to realise the prescription back to the cloud so that I could pick it up from another pharmacy . The staff refused and insisted That I had to wait for the next day . I then had to call my gp and ask for them to call the pharmacy so that they understand it wasn’t there choice but my choice if I wanted dot have the medicine that same day . Very disappointing!!!
