My wife and I have the highest praise and respect possible for the Millway Medical Practice. The Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists are extremely professional, helpful and caring. It is not an exaggeration to say that the Millway Doctors recently saved my life via their constant monitoring of my COVID 19 illness and related complications and their insistence on summoning an ambulance to whisk me to Barnet General Hospital for several days.

We have been registered here for more than 11 years. Recently we moved our house. We are now even closer to the surgery comparing our previous home. However I was told I need to find another GP as we are too far and we are outside their catchment area. I explained that we are even closer than before and we are happy to opt-out from home visit. But still they asked us to change our GP. This is doesn’t make sense at all. Our new GP is far away but they are still happy to register us.

We moved from Hampstead and are thrilled to be with this pracice. They are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. We were worried about leaving our old practice which we thought was good, but this is a thousand times betterr. Elisabeth and Peter Roy Berger, phone staff always polite and friendly and deal with your queries quickly and efficiently. Wonderful.

they never answer the phone, cant even leave a message, just spent 20 min to fill GP consultation ,in the end it asked me to call 111. very helpful ha! really poor service.

Impossible to make an appointment to see a GP. First you have to go online to get a consultation. The forms are very confusing. Then any online appointments that you can book are two months down the line. If you call to make an appointment there are none. In addition, my phone has been cut off many times. This is not the national health service but no health service
