Absolute crooks these people are. I booked an engineer to fix my oven element which had broken. Mix repairs quoted a fixed call out cost plus parts. I didn't have problem with the call out charge, but the engineer ripped me off by charging 36 for an oven element. The same part was readily available online for 16. He suggested that I order the part and he would come back, but I had been without my oven for over a week and needed it fixing. I won't be using this company again. The engineer tried to justify the cost by saying it had a 6 month warranty, well most of the fan elements online also have the same guarantee. Avoid.
