Someone very close to me came here to fix a phone that was not registering to a network. This person was told that the phone needed repairing due to 'water damage'. They were then quoted 100 to repair. The model was a mid to low Samsung phone. Due to not being tech savvy, however wise enough to seek alternative advice, they came to me for a second opinion. All that was needed was an unlocked EE Sim. No water damage to report. Incredible how this company preys on those with low tech knowledge, and think they won't get found out. Will be letting everyone I know from my tech contacts and suppliers to blacklist this outlet. Shockingly unprofessional and horrendously facesty.

It's a horrible shop! Last time I got a PS4 controller, it was annoying me, because of the thumbstick. They don't even give you back the refund, they steal your money and not giving it back!
