I had the chance to work with modest managed in 2019 for a total of 3 days, I was supposed to be there for a week as a uni student getting some unpaid experience. This was for an essay I was writing for my music business course at BIMM (British institute of modern music) but for any poor student who gets an offer to work for this awful company please turn it down I wish I had! I have never been so humiliated and mentally scared after working for this company, I actually left my uni course not long after due to loss of hope and confidence in this industry, this is all because of the way Richard Griffiths treated me. At the time I was only 19 and I’m now 21, it’s taken me two years to write this review because of how badly It affected me but now I feel confident to advise the next poor student who could be in my position, So please be aware if you get approached

Boy do I have a lot to say to modest. Let’s start with if you are planning on working with them, DONT. They are toxic. The amount of toxicity made 4 boys have to go on a hiatus that was only supposed to last 18 months, but because of how toxic there management company was, they didn’t come back. Because of modest, I am crying my eyes out in school because I’ve lost all hope that my boys will ever come back.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Harry and Louis were pressured into staying in the closet. After they signed that contract, you can see their smiles fade year after year. Niall felt isolated from the world and we will never forgive you for when you turned off his microphone. Zayn suffered from eating disorders due to stress. Once he left, that is when he started living his best life. Liam suffered from extreme depression. Modest Management only cares about the money that they earn, not the well-being of their clients. If you want to join a music company, do NOT join this one. You will regret it.
