Very strange experience. Major issue is you cannot speak to one person to resolve your issue. I ordered almost 200 of baby gifts for a friend. After three days I checked the account and no sign of movement. No number to call so I hit Instagram. I then saw they have a web chat so I hit that too. On the chat I was told my items wouldn’t be dispatched until Thursday week (Friday today - so another six days). I then called the Northcote Road store and spoke to a lovely lady who said they were having issues with supply. That honesty was amazing. The web chat were telling me it’s because I had ordered personalisation. I then went back to the chat and the last operative had left so a new one joined. We had a bit of a chat and then that was it. My message throughout was please refund me if it will take almost ten days to send a baby gift so I can one from elsewhere. Refund was apparently processed. However. I received the most patronising and passive aggressive email from Nathan. Basically told me my package had to be searched for because it was about to be posted (flashback to being told half an hour earlier it wouldn’t be dispatched for another six days) and I had caused all sorts of confusion because I had called, web chatted and instagrammed. I just wanted an answer! Disappointing for a small business. Key lesson for them is be honest to your customers. If you’re out of stock tell them - don’t lie and try and make out it’s for other reasons. Accept ten days is not an acceptable turnaround. Get a telephone line to deal with your in line queries.

I ordered a sleeping bag from Mori which I found super handy to use. Design is good however it is true that the fabric is caught in the zipper almost every time! I then ordered sleep suits, body suits and another sleeping bag. On the website it was written that the body suits were 30% organic cotton 70% bamboo fabric and they were sold under summer sale section. Only after they arrived you can read that it is actually 70% viscose from bamboo and the threading is super neat it is just not suitable for summer. Seeing this and feeling the product in my hands I wanted to return the ones which would fit my boy only in summer. Same evening I ordered new bigger sizes for winter time. However their customer support team who is not aware of customer loyalty and customer satisfaction told me that I needed to pay for return. With the lack of information on the website I was led to buy these products and now I need to pay for return even if I showed them that I wanted to continue contributing to their business. I have a 3 months old baby and I initially thought I would purchase so many products from Mori since I liked their style however I do care a lot about my experience with the companies’ customer support teams and after this experience I do not plan to continue making purchases from Mori.

At first I thought my wife was crazy for ordering baby clothes from London, but the quality and softness are completely worth it! Our 9 month old has sensitive skin and these clothes are the only ones that don’t irritate him. Keep up the great work.

It’s so hard to find beautiful, high quality baby clothing that is affordable. MORI is amazing!!! I love how soft it is and it lasts despite’s multiple washes (and has passed down from my first child to my second without looking worn). Love this store.
