Wow. I feel so disappointed with this practice. I thought I would attempt to give it a chance after it failed the CQC but alas nothing appears to have changed. Until this practice addresses it’s front of house issues it has little chance of providing a decent service. It seems the practice has failed to take recommendations on board and the receptionist treats patients with pure contempt. Being a clinical NHS worker for over 20 years I think it’s safe to say that many of your reception staff would not meet the positively welcoming, actively listening mantra of the NHS. It’s really sad as it takes so little to be kind and respectful for the few minutes you face a patient. I’m embarrassed about the elevated praise that NHS staff are being given in these times when my experience of delivery drivers and supermarket staff has been far superior than this practice. As a result I will spend the next week looking for another decent practice as this is not a place where I would feel safe placing my healthcare needs.

Ive been registered at this doctors for over 30 years, it bacame so hard to get an appointment staff where rude and moody. Well lately ive had to call the doctors a number of times due to illness and they have become so much better at being friendly and helpful im glad i didnt give up on the place! So well done keep up the good work. Toni Lacey

The lady who answers the phone is always rude and dismissive, argumentative whilst huffing at your questions. Every time I call she is horrible to talk to as though you are a pain in her side, if she hates the job so much she should leave. The doctors are always lovely, however the one African nurse I had once, told me, its might fault im unwell because I don't believe in god....
