A rather divided experience with MSAR. Malcolm @ MSAR is one of the most knowledgeable salespersons I’ve met in the motorsport industry and I trust that you can source the majority of your parts @ MSAR at a reasonable price. However, there is not much of a Gentleman in the way he is doing business. I ordered my parts (which I was told was in stock at order time) the 7. December - but Malcolm’s lack of communication, as well as complete lack of interest for finalizing the deal after payment was received and Covid-19, resulted in a shipment that was sent 3 weeks late and the shipment was caught up in the Brexit trouble, hence I now have an additional invoice for customs to pay. I have suggested to split the additional costs that I now have due to MSARs late shipment, but haven’t even had a response back. Definitely NOT the way to win returning customers! Unless you can pick up your goods at the shop and pay at the same time, I would stay away.

Malcolm and Justine know their business. They provide a wide range of goods, attractive prices, but more importantly good honest customer service. I'd rather deal with a knowledgeable person and benefit from their experience, rather than save a pound here or there by going to a faceless internet only store. When something does go wrong (sorry Malcolm, my fault!) they go the extra mile to help you sort it out. Great guys.
Had a wonderful experience here - first class products and customer service to match. The knowledge and experience of Malcolm and Justine is next to none - gave me a lot of trust which for me is so important. Not only that but they are just wonderful people to spend time talking with! Came out highly satisfied with the whole experience. Please do read their appointment system on their website before visiting - especially during these uncertain times. So glad I found this place and will definitely be returning for all my motorsport equipment needs - thank you Malcolm and Justine!
Horrible service and an unwillingness to serve the customer who is extremely surprised, I asked to see a product that he was interested in buying for me and my friends who are participating in some races. I think it was better not even to have asked to see the product. So I would not go through this embarrassment. very disappointed!
Great shop, Malcolm goes out of his way to ensure you get the right fit of gear.
