Never ever ever this clinic again. Avoid at all costs. I came for a medical appointment, I have been waiting for over 2 hours now FOR A PILL, and still being told to wait more! The staff are rude, not at all helpful they tell you 'it happens'! Just awful altogether, you can see it's not busy but they keep you waiting for HOURS and you can hear the nurses chatting to each other. No understanding whatsoever about the mental wellbeing of patients, this has been a massive, massive disappointment and I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. It is a joke in one of their responses they said 'the services have improved since 2018 and the waiting times improved too' lie, bloody lie. What an awful experience.

I visited the clinic for the first time over two weeks ago and had a medical termination so I just went in to get an implant fitted and my prescription and I came out an absolute mess. I waited over an hour to be seen even though the clinic was practically empty. Staff were joking and prancing around the corridor as you sat in complete darkness and silence in the waiting room. The nurse that dealt with me was so rude she made me want to run out of there, The whole experience was a shambles and I will never go through it again. I have written a long complaint letter as it seems to be the case for most people that visit this clinic. They need to do something about the staff there before something bad happens. It has really scarred me and I cant stop thinking about how I was treated with no dignity and respect just another statistic. staff need to be re trained or find a new job if they don't like their current one. Going to a Marie Stopes isn't a day out and most of us do not want to be in that position, it is honestly hard enough getting yourself through them doors after making such a decision. Its appalling!! I really don't want anyone else having the same experience.

Could not fault the staff at this clinic in any way. An extremely sensitive and stressful situation was made so much easier by Cindy, Dana, Sam and Marika. I will never forget the compassion and kindness shown to me by these ladies on a day I don’t want to remember. Lovely, calm atmosphere and I was so well looked after. Thank you ladies, I won’t forget xx Tricia 19/06/20

posting for my friend. staff were absolutely awful and did not follow the proper protocols during and after. waiting over 5 nearly 6 hour period after travelling all the way from Ireland. they are suppose to stop the babies heart before doing the procedure... they didn't. we were taking the remains home to be cremated. not only did the hand it to her in a tub, not an opal glass they gave her a biscuit and tea and proceeded to rush her out the door. after an general anesthetic procedure... also they didn't hand her the legal documentation for cremation.... worst clinic ever!
