Asalamalikum I donated money in Ramadan and despite kept on calling for receipt and wether they receive payment muslim aid did not send me any receipt on my email at all and this is really disappointing

I was rather disappointed with the lack of information who answers the phone. The people who answer the phone should be well -trained. And when I phoned to ask for Ayesha with whom I had been speaking earlier for Feed the Fasting the young man was extremely rude and said there was nobody by that name and disconnected the phone.. Extremely rude and lack of etiquette. Next year I shall certainly not contact Muslim Aid. There are lots of other charities to whom I shall contact but NOT Muslim Aid. Muslim Aid was recommended to me, now I wish I had not parted with my money with this charity. Although I have given one star - they deserve no stars. Extremely disappointed the way they conduct themselves on the telephone and yet Muslim Aid does a great deal of work, but the first contact point is the telephone - and the people are rude, not well informed and lack politeness.!!!

I was encouraged to make a donation to Islamic Aid six years ago. Since then, they have been contacting me endlessly to give them more money by telephone calls, letters and SMS messages over 100 times!! I have repeatedly and persistently asked them to politely remove me from their databases and stop contacting me with their begging communications. I have written them over 50 emails, letters and made several phone calls to them asking for their spam to stop. But they never stop badgering me. I have suffered so much distress by this endless harrassment from Islamic Aid. They even SMS me at 11pm or midnight. On the extremely rare cases where you have an unsubscribe or opt-out option in their email or text message it NEVER works. Avoid Islamic Aid like the plague, unless you want to be harrassed every week for the rest of your life through every means they can conjure up to pressure you into filling their pockets with your money. Islamic Aid does not have a good reputation: Google them and you will see what has been exposed about them. I will never donate to Islamic Aid or any other such charity ever again, as the extremely low morals this entity demonstrates is off-putting.
