I've been to many practitioners and Gemma is one if the best because she provides a combination of all that I want: Top quality equipment that's effective and actually removes hair Skill so its not too painful Spotless premises A professional yet friendly approach Accessible as she works near a tube stop Fair prices Gemma has worked on my facial hair and thread veins and I now only see her occasionally. I recommend her highly.

I’ve only been for my initial consultation so far but the whole experience was professional and relaxing since Gemma handles everything so well. I’d definitely recommend it purely off that one visit. One minor thing to mention is that you should probably bring sunglasses as the light is really bright.

Amazing results! 12 months ago I booked my first appointment with Gemma for a patch test and everything was handled professionally as this was my first time using such hair removal service. 12 months later (as of posting this) I barely have any hair left in the area which i asked for it to be removed from and pretty much never have to shave again. The environment is comfortable and if you are not having work done on your face, chatting with Gemma is very therapeutic and makes me come in and leave feeling better. So its like you get a talk therapy session for free too in that instance. Thank you so much for everything Gemma, you are absolutely amazing and glad to have found your excellent service!

Gemma was amazing, very knowledgeable about what she does, I was unsure as I wasn't having electrolysis for body hair but for a skin tag and face milia that had been bothering me my whole life. Treatment was affordable, quick, simple and pain free! Have recommended friends and family and will be going back for hair removal in the future!
