complete waste of time and unprofessional. we sent my daughters pictures via their website. They didn't even replied back then we decided to to pop up into their office, with an appointment When we arrived, they seemed completely unaware of our appointment, nor our names and the email images they left us wait for a 15mnts while they were giggling and laughing .Then one of the men took pics of my daughter and with in minutes he said to my daughter that she wasn't what they are looking for to am 16 year old teenage and he completely ignored me as her PARENT
My daughter is a signed model at this agency and I have to say they have been completely caring and guided her at all times. I highly recommend them and just to add they are supper friendly
