I used to dine here on an almost weekly basis when i lived and worked in London. Their roast chicken is sublime and the chips taste amazing too. This particular branch is very nice and clean, the staff are fantastic, including the manager (whose name unfortunately I can’t remember), and the location is great. It does get busy at lunchtimes and evenings, but its worth the wait!!

You're pretty much guaranteed the same standard whatever Nando's you go to. Chicken heaven for me, I always have the same. Mixed Olives starter, a beer, half chicken with two side dishes; great value for under 19. I normally give 5 stars, but I was going to give 4 this time because the beer was not cold. I didn't complain, but towards the end of the meal I was asked if I was happy with the meal by a staff member. When I mentioned the beer, they gave me a second, cold, complimentary beer. So good customer service, and back up to 5 stars.

Went on Saturday evening with my mate, was told to wait for 20 minutes. But got a table in less than 10 minutes. Staffs are very friendly and lovely. If you are wondering what to have and want something quick, Nando's will be a good choice.

I have been going to this Nando's for over 2 years. The friendliness of staff has declined over the years but has still been enjoyable. I had not been for maybe a year due to surgery. However I was actually disgusted at the behaviour and hygiene standards of staff which included chewing gum behind the counter whilst plating up food, arguing amongst them selves, even bullying of an employee. I asked to speak to the manager and then realised she was part of the complaint so did not bother. We went as part of my daughters 11th birthday treat as well. Really disappointed.. oh and for an 11 year old to complain that the chicken breasts are small says something. Standards seem to have gone downhill which is a shame. Will still go to Nando's but doubt if it will be this branch
