They think they can treat customers like sh@!, if the coach is supposed to arrive and leave on time, driver cannot decide to leave his bus stop earlier. Worst service to get to the airport , if you take a bus with this company you’re gonna loose your flight most likely

Cheap and well maintained coaches, also we departured from stansted at time and arrived in London at time. But 2 stars is because one crucial and most important reason for all travellers when you schedule anything - the coach leaved the Southwark bus stop to Stansted 15minutes (are you kidding me?!) before the time on the timetable/ticket... Fortunately we just arrived at the bus stop that time and knocked the front doors seconds before coach leaved the bus stop.. It just happened half an hour ago.

30 min delay, no explanation, stayed with the kids in the freezing cold - this on arrival When leaving to the Airport we waited 40 minutes at the Whitechapel station, no bus, no person to talk to, no info on the site... The bus was supposed to come at 18.05 but until 18.30 there was nothing although 2 buses passed in the opposite direction. We had to take uber as we were freezing

I was convinced by the lady at the counter to buy an Open Return Ticket, all were full the morning of my return and the driver who eventually did stop at my stop refused to take me with and said “get a taxi, all the morning busses are full”. You owe me 62pounds! I bought an open return ticket at the counter at Stansted to London. I asked how I was to go about taking the bus back Monday early morning. The lady waved me off, saying “no problem, it’s an open ticket, you just jump on any National Express Bus”. Monday morning 4:45, the first A7 just passes by. I guess he didn’t see me, and I wait for the next at 5:05. This one stops but tell me he’s full and the next busses will be the same. I beg him to take me with, after all the lady at the airport had said nothing about having to reserve a seat. I will miss my flight. He apologises and leaves, tells me to “take a taxi”.
