Anna has a good client manner and is excellent at perceptive questioning in order to help clients appraise their selves and situations. She offered an initial session to get to know me and my aims, explain how she worked, as well as ensuring she knew how far I was prepared to be challenged. I particularly found some of the exercises very enlightening. I have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

I would recommend Anna without hesitation to anyone who is professionally in a period of change and reflection. Anna coached me for several months and her approach helped me tremendously in staying positive and debating and exploring various options, I didn't even think I had. Her calm and friendly style coupled with a variety of proven techniques was very engaging. Anna is an excellent listener and combines this skill very well with the right level of challenging yourself.

Had one-on-one coaching sessions with Anna for the past year as part of a leadership programme within the social enterprise sector, and have found them particularly useful and enlightening in terms of thinking through and tackling some of my personal / career problems. Anna had been very structured from start to finish, created a safe and comfortable environment for sharing and even left me with a few gems (techniques) to be used going forward. Would recommend her coaching highly!

I had been a full time mum for 9 years and hadn't had an interview for 12 years. Anna was amazing at building up my confidence. She gave me help with my job application and coached me through interview practice. I was really nervous about the interview but she calmed me down and gave me good tools to use. Thanks to Anna I was well prepared and I got the job, the first one I had applied for!

I was part of a group of volunteers that Anna coached in Family Lives. Anna was able to communicate the core principles of coaching in a manner that was relevant and ensured both the volunteers and their families achieved positive progress. Personally Anna assisted me with redrafting my CV, helping me recognise my strengths and the wealth of experience I had acquired over the years and how to present it in a way that employers would take notice. Anna is very passionate about her work and has a good sense of humour.

'Anna is a great coach. I was part of a team of volunteers working for the charity Family Lives. Anna coached us to help us work more effectively with mothers and families in the local community. As a result of Anna's coaching, I was able to help mothers and their families make progress and gain confidence. I too in the past have had a problem with a lack of confidence and I struggled with giving concise answers to interview questions. Anna also taught me effective strategies to use at interview and I was able to practice and use these strategies in my interview for a council position. My interviewer told me I was an excellent candidate for the position and I obtained the role'.
