This review in relation to ordering online from Neal's Yard. Unfortunately they don't have corporate office or online division that I can rate. Awful experience. Ordered 2 probiotics online. Immediately wanted to cancel and there is absolutely no way to cancel it; no cancel button at all! I called a number mentioned in the email and no one answered the phone. I emailed and again no reply. This is unbelievable in this day and age. If you don't have enough people to provide customer service then please create an online button so I can cancel my order without the need to call and email!

I just received a facial from Kristina at Neal's Yard therapy rooms and I can thoroughly recommend her. My skin feels amazing. Having sensitive skin and mild rosacea I have to be careful and Kristina gave me loads of helpful tips on what products to help and 2 days later my skin is visibly clearer, plumper and radiant. Very happy customer.
Love the smell and staff knowledge
I love this place the products are wonderful and the staff very helpful and attentive. I had a fantastic massage with Rosemarie who was warm and welcoming. The room was lovely and relaxing and Rosemarie helped me to feel rejuvenated after working out my tension in my shoulders and my neck. She finished off with the facial rejuvenation massage. A great therapist I would highly recommend.
Everyone is super helpful. I sent my daughter to collect a few things yesterday and the staff was sooooo friendly and helpful
