Dr. Nelson has been our doctor for over 10 years, and he has always been there for us. There are times when his staff seem overwhelmed, but they always go the extra mile for you if you give them a minute, and treat them courteously. He has always been thorough, and as a doctor for my daughter, I couldn't have asked for better. There has NEVER been a time when she was sick, that he did not see her the same day. The negative comments here are very well written - my guess is that some people have a lot of experience in making formal complaints.. If you are lucky enough to become one of Dr. Nelsons patients, I hope you treat him and his staff respectfully.

Unprofessional, completely rude, entitled staff. I have no idea how they train the staff here but it is absolutely outrageous. Every time there is an issue. They NEVER answer the phone, so good luck getting an appointment. You will have to call and specify what you want every time you call back and play telephone tag for a week. They only refill prescriptions for every 3 months MAX, so you have to keep dealing with them for no reason. There really isn't that many complaints with Dr. Nelson himself but every other aspect of his practice would drive anyone mad. Anyway, if you like being verbally abused over the phone every few months and losing braincells every time you call to make an appointment this place is for you! Look at other reviews from other websites and it will tell you everything you need to know about this practice.
I have no problem with Dr.Nelson.He is good doctor and very nice,but his staff is so rude especially girl that answers the phone.She should be fired because she doesn't know how to talk with people .So so rude .I would give her 0 star but there is no that option.
HE CARES AND IS VERY HELPFUL TO HIS PATIENTS
Dr. Rayevskiy and Crystal make going to the Doctor a great experience. My family and I will continue to see him both at his practice and at the many clinics he works at- you can always get face time with this doctor which is excellent!
