unexpected treatment from such a company. they refused an item replacement despite having the item i want in stock, claiming the manager has left the shop which i don't believe.

The staff has lacks any iota of empathy whatsoever. Their “systems” are often down, they close whenever they feel like whilst their website says otherwise and the staff working here should clearly find a job that they would prefer. Why be miserable to customers?
Very rude staff today, kept saying he couldn't hear me in an abrupt and unfriendly manner. Eventually bought the wrong coffee that I have to exchange now, as I was made to feel I couldn't ask a question. I advise not going on a Saturday when they are busy and evidently are not suited to customer facing roles.
On 6th January I am driven for about 20 minutes to the Brent Cross shopping centre to purchase some new Nespresso Cofé. The staff where plugged out the testers and did not let me to try the coffee and when I asked the about trying the coffee the lady said can you not see the machines are plugged out and the other guy rudely said welcome the way that I should leave and when I told them about the website that mentioned they close at 8pm and that is why I am asking! The guy repeatedly said welcome!!!! Now I am coming back home upset. The staff are tired and not willing to help. Angry respond at customer and making joke from them together and lashing at them.
My go-to location for topping up on my coffee capsules and dropping off my used ones for recycling. I've received great service every time I've come here.
Non existent customer service! Went to purchase my usual coffee supplies and noticed a new blend. When I asked if I could taste it the very rude assistant abruptly said "you'll have to try it at home as we have no water"! As her response was so snappy I asked her if it had been a busy day to which she snapped again "yes I'm very tired"! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD FOR THE COMPETION!
Staff happy to let people push into the queue and it more certain customers.
Bought a nespresso machine and seroconversion today. Could have bought it at John Lewis and save a bit of money but the service and advice provided by Aaron at the Brent Cross pop up shop was second to none so we decided to buy it there. Thanks Aaron!
