I have been visiting the centre for many years and have a close relationship with people who attend the centre and the staff who work there. This centre has some of the best help available for young people who are homeless/vulnerable. It is a blessing in disguise, they have: therapy, education and employment, housing support, food, nurse, internet and most importantly staff who care !! A lot of places only offer short time support and it can be hard to trust and build relationships and can deter young people from wanting to attend, however new Horizon will continue to support you. Thank you for all your support new Horizon especially to Emma and all staff who are really dedicated to supporting young people and giving them more opportunities to become the people they deserve to be !

Good place but very bad staff most of the people working there are racist and unhelpful people in danger.

Today was literally my first day at the centre we did an initial assessment as we went in and then they booked me in for another full assessment for housing. Every staff member was supportive and they helped me out with some warm jackets, thermal gloves, thermal hat etc... I genuienly appreciated that. We had a lovely spaghetti for lunch and I had a great time with the people and the workers there. All positive personally.

Absolutely amazing life savers. Even made some friends there who I have kept for years. New horizons was more like a hipster cook homeless help centre rather then somewhere that made you feel like a tramp. All my love xxxxxxx
