Always rude and when ever I tell them my name they deliberately missprounce my name. They where suppose to show me how to use my new medicin but fail to show it to me correctly and I hade to contact my Dr because the medical did not help my breathing and my Dr told me I was taking it wrong. Horrible and unprofessional

Love this chemist and highly recommend, been using well over 10 years, they even help me stop smoking since 2015, I live 8 miles away and I still use them, Manager Patel is great as all his staff keep up the good work.

Arrived a few minutes before closing time due to work commitments, to find all the staff standing outside. Pointed out it was before 7pm and was told “oh well, alarm has been set”. Took some time off this morning and went in to collect my prescription and the staff were sharing some food. At a leisurely pace a staff member put the lid on the container and offered assistance (no hand washing or sanitising). My prescription was handed over and when I asked if instructions were inside (it was for a drug I wasn’t familiar with), the person just shrugged. Totally unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend. Think it is unacceptable for a pharmacy to shut early and refuse to serve a customer if the staff are still there.
