Cannot get my problem solved.keep asking me for card number. Do not have card. Try telling them the debt will be paid when I get statement. So far unresolved. They threaten me on text.to stop me using card. Card sent to wrong address said they would send me new one.

I've held a NewDay card for just over a month ... every time I've tried to use the online system it's been either down, slow or restricted (I'll post a photo). Come to think of it, account management is their business so it surprises me that I haven;t been able to manage my account... so I can;t recommend the company at all tbh. Have paid it off (I think - communication is also pretty poor) and am likely to close my account with the company at the earliest opportunity.

Attrocious service, rude unhelpful staff. Have twice taken double direct debits, once for a debenham card, once for amazon. Do not trust anything they say or write, especially with regards to direct debits. You have been warned, fill in a direct debit for newday and you will regret it.

unhelpfull staff, leave you to hang out to dry if you have a problem, worst credit card company. Allowed transactions from the Russian Federation to be taken from my account...The Russian Federation?!?!? Absolute jokers
