Quite hard to find and stops serving new customers at 9pm which isn’t advertised. Otherwise I was dealt with fairly by a very nice lady. It’s not the staff that tow cars. They’re just running the yard. Very slow and outdated process of release though but the council are to blame for that along with their draconian parking policies.

They are the worst Council in the world. You need help with anything especially if you are a leaseholder and they are very unhelpful. I have been trying to simply transfer my mortgage to a new lender for the last 4 months and they cannot provide basic authorisation to my solicitor!!! I am losing over 100 every month for the last 3 months and still no one is helping me. Somebody please help a poor man who unfortunately happens to be under the Newham Council!!!
rude staff - uncooperative, they speak in their own language in front of you, they trash-talk about previous customers in front of other customers, they damage the car during towing process and then deny it, and get angry when you confront them about the damages and they gang up and shout at you to leave. They in dire need of training in customer service skills and just plain old good manners. People are saying you should be nice to them but this is a two-way street - I will be nice when I am treated that way!
Lovely staff, Thank you very much for this beautiful experience. My car and my self enjoy it a lot. See you soon, I can wait anymore to come back.
The most rude people I’ve ever encountered. What a lousy borough. I’d recommend everyone not to live in Newham. Unless of course you like being treated like dirt then Newham council is a right treat. Why is everyone so angry there. What could be going on in their lives to make them like that. P.S extremely money hungry, and we all know why they are so desperate for money. When you’re a crowded borough like Newham, you need all the money you can get. Vultures. Absolute Vultures. Scummiest people on Earth. Time to move out and find a nice toilet to live in. At least it will smell less.
