I got an acupuncture session with Dr Zhang for my shoulder and it was wonderful. I felt better since same day. I can't recommend him enough, so good!

Had 70min acupuncture and massage at Fitzrovia site, lady who saw me asked what was my medical problem, told her i wanted help conceiving and that I was suffering from stress. She took me upstairs to a comfortable room and placed three needles on each hand two on each of my thighs and shins. For fertility needles should he put on lower abdominal area and this wasn't done, soni don't feel my issue was at all addressed, however i did feel very relaxed after and enjoyed the heat lamp. 3 needles fell off during treatment I pointed this out to the lady but i don't think she understood me (she was elderly and English limited) so most of the session i had missing needles. She was a nice lady but i feel more needles should have been put in on the right spot for my problem. After I was given a massage with lots of strokes rather than kneading, it was nice but because she used baby oil I did feel friction at times. Ill probably find elsewhere to go as this place is a bit far for me and I'm not sure i will he gettin the right acupuncture

I visited Nirvana last week and what a nice relaxing place. Window decorating drawing is pretty cool. I felt quite comfortable there visiting as a female customer. I had an hour reflexology treatment and left floating was a great treat for myself! Def recommend to friends and would revisit the shop for acupuncture sessions.
