This is an extraordinary business. Open 6 days a week throughout Covid-19, dealing with urgent and mundane issues alike, with the same steady, ever-patient, ever-customer-focussed advice. He understands customer's very well and takes the agony out of things. My latest need was to upgrade my phone, something I was building up to. It was simple - seamless. Very straightforward help to guide my decision and how to transfer all the data from my old phone. I bought a reconditioned phone which saved me a lot of money but works like magic. One way and another I regularly save money using this shop, which I go back to again and again.

This place has been a godsend at various times of my life. Used to live locally and visit often, but no longer live in the area. Having said that, it is my Internet cafe of choice (even though I have loads of Internet cafes nearer to me). The guy who runs it is the most helpful, patient and friendly guy who is willing to help with any request you may have about computing or phones etc. He let's you use the computers without any feeling that you need to come off in a rush (I'm often needing to write some kind of war and peace dossier when I go), so I'm there for a LONG time. His prices are MORE than reasonable and he has kept them consistent for ages - with no sudden price hikes. Great customer service and will always be loyal to truly decent people! He's that guy!

Contacted Ali regarding diagnosing a fault with my laptop. Got to say I was well impressed with the quick turn around. He diagnosed the fault and replaced my hard drive with a new one. He also recovered all my data and reinstalled Windows 10 for me. Money well spent. Definitely recommend Norwood Net for any repairs to laptops and mobiles. Ali is very friendly and professional. Thanks again.
