We booked in our kitten for 7 days as we were going on a holiday, we live in Central East London so it was quite the journey for the cat and us to get there, but totally worth it! Went for an introduction (without kitten) to see where she will spent her time and to get to know the cat-nanny, our kitten was going to stay with Dominique and she was so lovely and welcoming and we ended up having a long chat over a cup of tea! During our kitten's stay Dominque sent photos and videos twice a day and an update how she is doing. Our kitten felt right at home, no stress at all and she was the only kitten in the home with free roaming access. The Notting Hill Cat Company will definitely be our first choice again.

Dominique is a cat whisperer. She rapidly bonded with our two VERY shy cats, and makes them very relaxed when she is in charge. 100% reliable, hugely recommended!
Our cat is a timid little thing who always hides from new people - we didn't expect her to venture out of her hiding place during the three weeks we were away. To our surprise, our very patient Cat Sitter Stephanie earned Bibi's trust and became best pals! Stephanie also went above and beyond to let in a tradesman who needed to investigate a water leak in our apartment. Five stars! (We'd give you six if we could)

I would not hesitate for one single minute to recommend Dominique and Nottinghill Cat Sitter services as a caring and vigilant cat sitter/company. We have been thoroughly pleased with Dominique’s handling of Mogg over the last two years or more. Dominique is always courteous, trustworthy and reliable each time we engage her help, but more importantly, our fairly grumpy 13 YO cat ‘gets on’ (that’s high praise) with her during our absence. Mogg had an accident a couple of years ago and her spinal cord was severely damaged in parts. After a few weeks in the Royal Vet College she came home to us, but now finds walking and jumping more of a challenge than an fully able cat (although she doesn’t let this keep her from mischief). She is also incredibly skittish/anxious/nervous and hates loud noises; she very much prefers everything to be ‘just so’ based around her own tolerance and comfort levels . It’s so nice to be able to trust someone (as we do Dominique) with her; Dominique respects Mogg’s limitations and adapts her style to what Mogg likes, so that every visit is really calm and gentle. You can just see in the pictures and videos that Mogg is settled and happy in her own environment with no stress or anxiety during the sittings. Dominique sends lots of videos and pictures which we love and is always a very nice person to communicate and work with. We couldn’t be happier with her truly, and the added bonus is that our home gets a bit of a check in too whilst we are away!
