Had a bit of an issue with the supplier (would highly recommend changing the cancellation policy, or making it more apparent that if you cancel after 14 days you have to pay the full years amount. This is advised elsewhere on the website but it definitely not clear while cancelling). Spoke to Daniel and managed to rearrange to reverse the cancellation (and refund the 9.98 admin fee. Bonus!) and will keep the policy and actually get some use out of it. Not great but he definitely pulled this up from a 1 star to a 3 star review! (I'll be honest. Still not gonna renew though)

Completely avoid, taken me a while to write a review as its taken this long for them to cancel my insurance. If I could have given no stars I would have done. Rang up on Christmas Day completely stuck in the middle of nowhere. My tyre had a blow out which was infact the coil which had ripped through my tyre. They refused to come out because I said I didn't have a spare wheel. I said new cars don't have spare wheels, they then gave me a number of a tow company who was in 150 miles from where I was, even they wondered why I rang. Anyway 135 later, thanks to a lovely tow removal man I managed to get to my parents for Christmas. Honestly you would expect help on other days, but Christmas Day especially. The most useless disrespectful company. AVOID!

Company states they will automatically renew your policy but don't be fooled. They will leave you without breakdown cover and not notify you that there has been an issue with the automatic renewal. Shocking service.

Do NOT sign up with them. They posted a renewal without notifying me. For easiness sake I paid the extorniate 10 to get a refund and have not received a penny after weeks of chasing. Every time you chase you have to go through a non responding chat or customer service representatives on the phone who say they will action things but clearly do not. Imagine what making a claim would be like through these charlatans. AVOID AVOID AVOID

After purchasing this breakdown cover, I found that they were going to charge 30 excess each call out! I was luckily still in the 14 cooling off period, for what should have been a full refund, but oh no, not a chance, they charged a processing fee 4.99 and also contract cancel fee 4.99 so 9.98 JUST TO CANCEL! what for? the policy hadn't even started till Sept. I am sure that this is illegal during the cooling off period, absolutely nowhere does it tell you about how much this will cost you, even worse I also had to pay this amount on my card in advance of getting the refund. spoke to customer services 3 times and got nowhere, every one I spoke to just were reading off a set menu, an absolute joke of a company, out to just take money for nothing, thank god I cancelled, should have read feedback first seems I am not the only customer to complain! ABSOLUTELY AVOID
