An almost impossible stain got removed from an expensive dress without damaging it. It took time, several washes and giving consent to use strong products that could damage the fabric but it was unwearable as it was. If you look for miracles... this place is worth a try. It wasn't cheap but I am glad I can wear my dress again.

I brought my wedding dress for dry cleaning and storage in a special box. Ash was very helpful and explained how it will be cleaned. I was able to check if i am happy with the result before he put it in a box. Quick turnaround and great customer service.

I found this excellent dry cleaners via Google and very glad I did as I have received an excellent service all round with the cleaning of my wedding dress. Ash is very friendly, knowledgeable and also travelled quite a distance to pick up and drop off the dress. All of the stains come out and I now have it in a lovely box to preserve memories of my special day. I am very grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this business.

Dropped in my deeply soiled coat to see how well they thought it would come up, and they did an amazing job, it has been totally regenerated and came out perfect. They also finished it earlier than they expected and phoned to let me know. Service was fast, friendly and professional. Would definitely use again!

I bought pair of trousers from Zara that were both too long in the leg, and too big around the waist - they were the smallest size you could get but because I loved them so much I decided to get them anyway, and took them to Nova Klean. I tried the trousers on for him as he pinned them comfortably around my waist and he then suggested how many inches they needed to be taken in by. I had already pinned the trousers up by the desired amount. I was quoted 66 for all alterations, which is on the expensive side, but it was down to the trousers needing to be altered on both sides, which meant the waistband needed to come off, cut and resewn back in place. I was told they would be ready to pick up in a week - but to my surprise after 3 days I got the call that they were ready to pick up! I popped back to the shop, and the quality of the tailoring that had been put into the alterations was amazing; this definitely made me feel better about the price I had paid. I took the trousers home and tried them on, and unfortunately there were now too tight around the waist! The length was perfect. I took them back to Nova Klean and they were more than happy to adjust the waist another time for no extra charge. After the second alteration, the trousers couldn't fit more perfect! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a HIGH quality, premium alteration service which such helpful staff.
