Stay away from them ! The director and his business partners Already been convicted for fraud and scams and they dissolved this company and reopened it under another name with another partner as director took so many landlords money and run away and never paid any rent on time! Bunch of crooks! Do not use them to let out ur property ! You will not get ur rent on time! Bunch of liars and thieves!

Another bunch of cowboys who have no sense of professionalism whatsoever. We have been with them as a landlord and have not once received a rent payment on time. They also never pick up their phone calls and avoid any communication and now are several months behind. Avoid this place at all costs if you are a landlord as it is very unlikely that a business that lacks common morals and decency will survive for much long!!

Absolutely disgusted with the poor service provided by this company! Would not recommend it to anybody! I signed a contract with them in September, after 2 months of my house being left unoccupied I asked for my keys back. This was as a result of them failing to pay the rent that I was due as I signed up for the guaranteed rent scheme. We are at the end of May and as of yet the manager has failed to make any communication with me and still owes me my rent! Unprofessional people! Please avoid this company at all costs!!

Literally the worst experience of my life. DO NOT use this company. Moved into a 4 bedroom flat, with one of the rooms being for me and my friend, and three girls living upstairs. Once the other girls started moving out, the landlords started coming over to the house every single day without giving us notice and refurbishing the upstairs rooms, which they decided to turn into air bnb. Next minute we have complete random people coming into our house everyday to stay upstairs, making the whole place like a hostel when we wanted a home. Told the landlord we don’t feel comfortable with this, was told to leave then. It all got worse when they started coming over every day and THROWING AWAY OUR FOOD AND BELONGINGS. my friend left his hairbrush in the bathroom, found in the bin later on. They cleaned out the fridge and threw out everything we had in there. DONT use this company unless you want to be harassed, overcharged and made to feel uncomfortable. Please don’t give them the satisfaction!

Do not use this company if you are a landlord, they do not pay the rent on time, sometimes delayed for over 3 weeks and they do not answer the phone. The company was dissolved in September 2017 and reopened under different directors immediately afterwards, this usually happens when a company can not pay the Corporation Tax liability.
