OCO are awesome, and I'm stoked with my frames. I was trying to find a particular set of frames in New Zealand, and it proved impossible. OCO sourced the frames and shipped them rapidly and for free. Amazing service! I had a problem with my glasses that I bought in the shop some time ago. I went back and Lukas was understanding and helpful. He said he was going to try to sort it out. One week later I received an email that my glasses are ready for pick up. The problem got solved to an extend that was better than I expected. I can only recommend the service as reliable for their products also in problematic situations.
OCO definitely does not deserve 5 stars. The optician and the shop personnel are not professional enough, nor enjoy what they do. Their only interest is to sell you a new frame, without really caring about customer’s needs. They do not come across as a bunch who know much about the profession. I would recommend you to think twice before making an appointment or stepping into the shop in the first place. All their stars seem very much self assigned than genuinely well earned appreciation stars! They definitely cannot be the top optician in East London
