Together we have extensive experience as both players and coaches within the sports we serve. Currently we are focusing on Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Volleyball and Pickleball. In all of these sports, one of our strongest point of expertise is footwear. We are venturing into the e-commerce side of the world, but our main focus is always to serve our customers, and not be a faceless internet vendor. Diego is a tremendous employee who is very knowledgeable when it comes to tennis racquets and strings. OfCourts allowed me to demo numerous racquets at no charge until I found one which was just right for my style of play. Even when the racquet I wanted was not in stock, Diego quickly placed an order for me. In terms of stringing, I have had my tennis racquets done on numerous occasions and each time, my racquet has felt tremendous. The string selection in store is large. Diego was extremely helpful pointing me to a string that benefits my game.

Do you need advice on purchasing a tennis racquet? If so, check out Of Courts and talk to Derek! He was extremely helpful in giving me advice about the right racquet to use for my tennis elbow. He could have easily tried to upsell me to buy a new racquet, but instead he suggested I just change my grip and upgrade my strings to a better quality to help alleviate the vibration from tennis ball. Aside from his expertise, he was friendly and even introduced me to another employee, Diego, that he was working with. Overall an amazing experience!

I wanted stringing service for my Babolat Pure Aero 2019 so went to this store because of all the good reviews I read. But my experience was far from good and downright TERRIBLE. The owner seemed to be disinterested and uninviting towards me for some unknown reason. The stringing service was pathetic (even sportcheck is better) and on top of everything he was super rude whenever he was talking to me. I had done nothing to deserve that experience and It's the first time I've felt like I'm an outsider in Canada since I moved here 5 years ago. Will never forget that guy and I'll never return to this store.
