Absolutely Pointless I called to ask a simple question (What is the Maximum Resale Price of Electricity) yet no one knows the answer to this basic question. This, despite documentation stating that they are the organisation to assist consumers with these types of queries. Woeful.

Trying to deal with and contact Ofgem effectively is a nightmare. I have been through several departments and when eventually in what appeared to be the correct one there was no-one available. Government put these regulators in place to supposedly help people and ensure that companies deal fairly with customers but trying to navigate through them and to get anything meaningful by way of real practical help is simply unreal. It is almost as if someone is saying we are here for appearances sake, let us get on with what we want to do but don't bother us with your problems.
The officers are too bad to deal with. Not kind so much. They are late for the meeting time and they finish meeting quickly, even on the way.
Called today and to my great disappointment Ofgem does not protect customers
