Came in to purchase the moonwatch for my husband on the exact day of the 50 year anniversary. I thought it would be a nice novelty to have that date on the paperwork! Received great service and was very patient in explaining everything I needed to know.

I visited this store in January for a battery replacement. The salesman claimed my watch didnt have a battery and tried to convince me that repairing it would cost 2500. Since I was confused (I was quite sure the watch was battery-powered), I decided to have my trusted watchmaker in Italy have a look at it. He opened it in front of my eyes and replaced the battery in less than 5 minutes for 40. Staff here are either highly incompetent or tried to rip me off. Glad I dodged this trap. I didnt expect this from an official Omega store. Avoid!!

I came here to get my battery replaced. staff are friendly and offer you refreshments like tea and coffee. I was told that when getting the battery replaced they would check if the watch needed a service or any new parts and if it did they would call to confirm first. it took over a week and a bit to get my watch back which was a little longer that expected but I was happy with it.
Purchased the new anniversary moonwatch, the best buying experience by far. very professional and polite friendly staff straight from the start, its customer service taken to another level . Special thanks to Datsa and all her staff,well reccomended . Thank you.
Popped in to have a watch bracelet adjusted. Friendly and professional service with a smile. I will definitely be using them again.
5* experience. I came here yesterday to repair an omega watch of mine because the strap pin had broken. Upon arrival I was greated and offered a refreshment whilst they accessed my watch. The staff were so genuine, lovely and helpful to talk to. The store managed to fix the watch on site and check that the remaining pins are working to avoid this happening again - without having to send my watch away for week. Whilst I waited, I was offered a glass of champagne. Finally once the watch had been returned to me, the staff had kindly put it in a pouch for me to carry it home safely in. I was SO impressed with the service that I received here with Omega, they now have a customer for life! I have 3 omega watches so I will be returning here every time.
