Very Happy. New to the motorbike industry, made the decision to give it a go with the tricity 300. Being newbie, loads of questions came up that been all answered promptly. Fabian was always available and extremely helpful. 1 visit, few phonecalls, couple of emails and within 48 hours the scooter was delivered at my home adress , with all accessories and as agreed. Would definitely recommend.

I had Clutch problem on my yamaha xmax wich is under warranty, when I went there I spoke with one guy who is name is John and he said for fixing under warranty you need to wait until Yamaha send me parts. For that we need to send pictures of problems from your bike, if you want we can put part from work shop he said. And I was in rush and I said ok. When come to pick up my bike one of the worker said John will claim your money back from yamaha to you because of warranty. I said fine and leave very happy. After couple of days I called them to know how is going on about claim, John said it's not possible. He explained me i should bring him service history, all the paperwork from previous service which he didn't mention me first time. Big Shame for YAMAHA .I don't recommend to go there and fix your bike, if you want to change your bike parts for money better go another garage, fraud. I was very disappointed, I don't want to put even one star. Thanks for professional customer support and service YAMAHA

Slocombes simply provided superb service throughout the two years I have dealt with them. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful in a down to earth old fashioned way that is so rare these days. I hope the new owners will be at least as good as Slocombes.
