My consultation with Dr Nijjer has been the best experience as I do get very nervous but Dr Nijjer was very kind and goes beyond his duty of care. I felt that he has really listened to my concerns and found solutions to ease my anxieties regarding them! I cannot recommend him enough. Dr Fakhar Khan is an extremely clever, kind and thorough specialist heart surgeon. He listens carefully to my questions and concerns and responds with reassuringly thorough and crystal-clear explanations. I am mightily impressed with his conducting of the whole 3 hour procedure, during which I was by necessity awake most of the time, in an operating theatre full of many very clever people and complex equipment. It was all a fascinating experience for me and I am very pleased and so grateful for the invaluable life-enhancing help of the brilliant Dr Khan and his excellent team.

I have received the highest standard of care from Dr Sayan Sen from the moment I discovered I had a heart condition over two years ago until the present day following my recent surgery (to replace my faulty aortic valve with a mechanical valve). Dr Sen has been supportive in a professional and personal way throughout the process. He has been easily accessible as my consultant cardiologist for my questions and given me confidence in making some challenging decisions along the way. I particularly appreciated his ability to break down particularly complicated concepts into simple and easily understood terms. I could not have been in better hands and could not recommend Dr Sen highly enough.

As regards the clinic itself – I arrived, had my echocardiogram almost at exactly the booked time and latterly saw Dr Khan at virtually the time that our appointment was booked. I'm sure you are aware that as a patient you are looking for reassurance, support and help in dealing with whatever your particular issue is. Dr Khan made me feel very comfortable and spent time clarifying the issues for me.
