Lovely site great concierge all kind and easy to talk to

The concierge service is absolutely horrendous. This illiterate called Raymond that sells parking tikets without giving the recipt behaves like he owns the place, ignoring questions to your face while he's talking to his people about selling cars. The other older lady looks like she's about to throw up every time you bother her. Effectively every time you have a question and she needs to raise her head away from her phone she becomes incredibly rude and dismissive. Not all of them are the same but my word, sometimes they make you feel like you want to get past them through a balcony or something, just to avoid another incredibly uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation.

A nice community is building up here. Good access to DLR and buses. Build quality in flats varies and mains drainage needs attention. Apparently some roofs leak too.

It's a private residential area in debtford. It's a modern type of area and these type of buildings and design are replacing a lot of the run down areas. It has onsite security and a barrier for vehicle access. I went there and go there to service & repair of the plant room and mainly the gas boilers. Site manager is nice and friendly.

I rented a flat here for a month and it was a pretty good experience. Although there are lots of flats it's surprisingly quiet. Easy access to Greenwich and deptford both walking distance. The downside is that it is a bit of a commute to get into the city. Would recommend if you have business in Canary wharf though
