When ever I have visited open eye opticians, whether for my eyes to be examined or for any of my children or spouse, the delivery of service has always been one that is courteous, extremely professional and above all a sense of empathy in the customers best needs and requirements with regards to obtaining the best recommended prescription for personal needs. I have often been asked to visit other establishments to which I have refused to do so as all issues and concerns I have are dealt with an amazing appetite for customer satisfaction. I am certain this business will always sustain the best care possible to all of its customers.

Returned here after last having eyes tested at one of the bigger chains and difference is striking. The test felt far more thorough and less rushed. The person doing it gave much more detail about what they were doing and the results of if. When choosing frames they were patient and friendly, there was no pressure to go for more expensive options. A good friendly experience.
