Professional, friendly service and the most thorough and comprehensive sight test I have ever had with all the latest hi-tech equipment. Clearly Mr Patel loves his work and I felt he really wanted to make sure he had investigated every option for my eye care for his own interest as well as for me. A real feeling of being taken care of by an expert. I will be returning. Highly recommended!

We discovered Optitech when looking for an optician who was authorised to provide OrthoK or eyedream “miracle lenses” for my 8 year old son. I couldn’t have wished for a more professional service with the most impeccable “bedside manner” with children. Embarking on OrthoK is not for the faint hearted but Mr Patel (and Sandy - they make a stellar team) put us at ease from the first appointment and answered all the questions that we had. Their manner was informative and trusting without being patronising. We felt truly in charge of the process and in incredibly safe hands throughout. I cannot stress enough how impressed we have been by the service provided - both at “point of sale” and the aftercare which in itself is crucial in OrthoK. Highly, highly recommended!
Had an excellent experience with the whole team!! I was seen by promptly by Daven the optometrist who was calm and knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. Sandy and Shalina were also incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable, fitting me in at short notice and being super helpful at every turn, I can't recommend Optitech highly enough!
I have been getting my eyes tested and glasses fitted at Optitech Southgate for several years now and very happy with the service. Mr Daven Patel and his team are very experienced and professional. I also appreciate the fact that Daven takes his time during sessions and has the patience to takes notes about my eye condition and symptoms for reference in future sessions (even though I talk too much and too fast!). I absolutely recommend them. This will be the second time I visit them. Im so pleased with my new glasses and contact lenses. Sandy helped all the way through with my new pair of glasses selection and doctor Daven is really friendly. I love the accuracy of my new sight test since I have been going before to other opticians and they weren’t great. When you have your sight test for contact lenses, they offer a free pair of contact lenses before you actually purchase them in order to see if the new prescription works fine or needs to be reviewed.
