I ordered the black signature box, since it was for a birthday breakfast, I was really looking forward to the gorgeous raw piece of cake that is shown on the first two main images, showing the content of the box. When it was delivered, I was so disappointed to find out it actually didn't include any cake. Customer service was not great, they coldly replied I had to read in the text description, if I clicked on the ead more\ section bellow the pictures, that no cake was included. Why would you highlight the cake in the first main picture and even in the second picture, on it's own, if it doesn't belong to the box at all? When I ordered it, of course I didn't think of searching for the description list, as it was so clear from the pictures that I would at least get the beautiful piece of cake and a few pastries. Very misleading. Also, delivery was also very slow, they sent me an email at 9.45 saying my order would be with me ASAP and didn't receive it before 11.

i am a food and raw food amateur,i experienced the best raw chefs in Paris, in extraordinary context such to eat their best raw desserts after a 72h no food no water fast. I went in london for a week,i experienced the tiramisu from organic livity,i did not even fast this day, i ate a copious meal a copples of hours before containing very satiating foof such as raw liver and raw bone marrow,and even in this context the tiramisu from organic livity was the best raw dessert i ever ate, nothing come close, master piece from my amateur experience, it made me emotionnal,i dropped a tear.

I had ordered from Organic Livity a week in advance and specify a time, but they had failed to communicate and let me know they cannot deliver. What kind of customer service is this? avoid if you are planning to use them! there are better raw cake companies out there that actually delivers!
