Our grand daughter just finished her 8 week session with Original Kidlets. The staff are awesome. I want to personally call out a huge thank you to staff member Taylor. I am hearing impaired which required accommodations for the show. I contacted Taylor and she took control, made special seating arrangements, provided a script and light in order for me to follow along. What a wonderful young lady! Great job Taylor and all other support staff. It was a wonderful show last night (March 2, 2020).

I am in the middle of my 5th show here and so far it has been the best experience of my life. My directors and cast mates are the sweetest people I have ever met and everyone there has helped my learn and grow, and it was a real confidence booster. I would highly recommend it to any young actor thinking of joining.

I just got off the phone with Sara after inquiring on behalf of a young family friend with special needs who was interested in joining their membership or going on an audition waitlist. I explained how she was looking to possibly apply for their posting on box office staff as this individual is highly capable even with her challenges (global delay, anxiety disorder, one parent deceased and special needs for learning but has an absolute love and passion for theatre, acting, singing and dance). The young girl I called for is hoping to find a job to support paying for her own lessons, which I feel is so brave and admirable for being only 15 and someone with many challenges. I could help pay for them but want to encourage her independence. Sara was so incredibly rude and impatient and a poor reflection of this company. She hung up on me when asking how this young girl may join their waitlist for auditioning and when I called back she refused to let me speak to a manager. If you're in management for this company you may want to considering letting Sara go and hiring more open minded staff towards inclusivity as Sara had a major attitude towards this individual, especially after explaining she needs a job to support her singing and acting lessons.

I really did like this company for about 3 seasons. T.A.G was really fun, My first show was the same, this goes for my second show. It did really make me excited for my next show. This all ended when it got serious instead of jokes and laughter. I will give 2 stars for my first two shows and T.A.G. The rest was not worth it. I really did want to enjoy my experience.
