This is a fantastic shop. The books are of high quality and very reasonably priced. We are due to take my daughters to see "The Wind in the Willows" and needed to find a book so that we can do some homework on it. The member of staff were extremely helpful and was very good in finding the book for us. The layout of the shop given the small size is fantastically laid out for customers. There is a wide variety of books and everyone who is a keen book reader should really come here first before going to a bookshop. The kids range was really fantastic and not only did I come out with "The Wind in the Willow" but 5 other children books which would have retailed for just over 30.00 for less than 10.00. Very pleased with this and will be back soon for more books. Thank You.

Great books, lovely helpful lady, rudest man I have ever met. Ok, we were tight against the time to close the shop and my son hadn't chosen a book, but the chap came from the back room and was just unbelievably aggressive and rude. I really hope he never gets to talk to customers ever again. I know it's staffed by volunteers, but he should be sacked. I'll go again, but I hope that he never speaks to anyone like that again. Awful man.

Very rude staff, we’ve made two donations here and both times were made to feel unwelcome (despite donating quality items). The latest time we were all but shooed out of the shop. Totally understand it’s a busy time and we’re happy to take items away, but the attitude of the staff really let’s this place down.

Got a fornasetti plate for 60. Boom. Perfect way to provide mum with a decent gift and contribute at the same time.

Incredibly rude volunteers. I went specifically to buy two expensive records I had seen earlier, but was followed around (at literally a distance of 2ft) like a thief. One volunteer announced in a stage whisper "He's Going". Yes I am. You lost 40 and a regular customer for the last 6 years.
