Delivered 25 XL pizzas no problem. I was overcharged but immediately refunded, manager even text me over the receipt. Repeat order tomorrow so fingers crossed

Literally could not be more useless, rude or incompetent if they tried. The manager is a complete arse who is more concerned with teaching people 'lessons' then just sorting issues out for customers. Also the pizzas are always late and taste like crap regardless. Never order from here!
This a really bad pizzeria and is bad in every single way (I am not a sour customer, I just really don't want people to make the same mistake I did!): Firstly the photo of the pizza they have used on this profile is just not at all a fair representation of the type of pizza they make. In fact this pizza in the photo was certainly not made by Papa Ottimo as the pizza in this photo is clearly stone baked and their pizza is definitely not. The pizza was of a very low quality (not stone based, not Italian, not deep pan Chicago style, not Brooklyn style, it was a not-anything classic cheap style pizza) with very low quality ingredients used. The pizza also had a damp crust as is typical of cheap pizza and was covered in grease. The delivery was exceptionally slow and inaccurate as we were told 45 mins but it actually took 1 hour 20 mins. no concessions were given and the pizza was tepid. The customer service was bad as when I called to inform them about the slow delivery and low temperature of the food they made little effort to rectify the situation. I wanted to complain about the quality too but there really wasn't much point as I really didn't need them to send me any more awful pizza that would just end up in the bin. Also beware of the ratings on JustEat as it is very clear having ordered from this place that they are paying for reviews somehow, (there is a stream of black max reviews on the list) - there is absolutely no possible way this restaurant achieved so many good reviews from so many people with such terrible food and service - I am not even bitter
Really untrustworthy place. The picture they have in their website is far from reality. Pizza quality is really bad and they plague the usual websites with 5 stars fake reviews to get their rating up. Don't fall in this trap like we and many others did, look for the real reviews (the ones that have comments, from real people) and you will see this place is a complete fraud.
