I just completed the level 1 boxing course and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The coaches are so good at what they do. They blend just the right amount of discipline and encouragement. They really brought out the best in everyone, they have introduced me to this amazing sport in the best way possible. Very excited to start Level 2. Highly recommend to anyone interested in Boxing. Great to see these independent gyms working through these tough times. Respect.

Paragon is an absolutely phenomenal boxing gym. Its very raw and traditional. All the trainers are top notch, friendly and super helpful. I've gone for 0 to sparing confidently and safely in no time. Definitely worth every penny.

I’ve been to a lot of kickboxing gyms some good mostly bad. Don’t make the same mistake I did and watch out for franchise schools and McDojos. McDojos is a term that is a martial arts school that is solely established to make money instead of genuinely teaching martial arts. Paragon make sure it’s all about quality training and legit martial arts!! They can’t take you all the way to the top but they are a good place to start your kickboxing journey.

Incredible beginners kickboxing session. Stuart and the 2 supporting coaches were incredibly high energy and their enthusiasm was infectious. Great workout and learned 4 moves, with loads of 1-1 coaching to perfect technique during the warm up and the moves themselves. Excited to complete the course!
